ORDERS

Step1: Log in to your account by clicking “Log in” in the header.
Step2: To add items to your basket, click on the product you wish to purchase then click “Add to Cart”.
Step3: To change the desired quantity of the item, adjust the number in the “Quantity” box.
Step4: To review the items in your basket, click on the “Cart” link located at the top right of the page.
Step5: If you have an applicable promo code, enter it and click “Apply”. The total price will be updated to reflect the applied promo code discount.
Step6: Review your order at the Shopping Cart Page. Once you are ready to submit your order, click “Checkout”.
Step7: Fill in all the required information for your shipping and payment details and click “Place Order”

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If before receiving your order you decide you would like to modify or cancel, simply call Customer Service or email us at info@radiance.com and we will use our best endeavours to change your order provided your items have not yet been dispatched. However, if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective item please contact us immediately by email at info@radiance.com with your order number, details and an image of the items you wish to return. We will not accept any returns on products whose original packaging has been opened.

If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, your order will, unfortunately, be cancelled since we cannot process partial orders at this time. Our Customer Care team will contact you immediately and no charge will be made. You can place a new order without the out-of-stock items at your convenience.

PAYMENT

Your order confirmation number is created after successfully placing your order on radiance.com. You can find your unique number in the Order Confirmation Email received shortly after placement and also in your online account under “Login”.

Currently, we accept payment via Cash on Delivery strictly within EGYPT.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within 2-3 business days of your order placement. However, please note that some locations may require a longer delivery time, dependent on our delivery provider.

Our delivery provider will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for delivery. In the event that your order is not delivered within the timeframe agreed with our provider, please email us at info@radiance.com. We will get in touch and follow up with them.

If you have missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery provider will contact you either by email or mobile SMS to inform you that you have missed your delivery and to set a new delivery time.
